Start-Up Visa Program

Intended for Business owners with substantial experience who wish to setup their own enterprise in Canada supported by Start-Up Visa Designated Organization List. These entrepreneurs must gain adequate finances and support from one of these investment organizations while planning for an innovative start-up idea in Canada. To b eligible to apply for a Start-Up Visa program, one has meet the minimum language requirements for both federal and provincial programs, the business idea or scheme is recognized and supported by any organization in Canada and finally, the applicant must have enough funds for startup or investors to fund the project.

Self-Employed Persons Program

This program is intended for individuals who have substantial experience handling management positions with ability to be self-employed and contribute positively to Canadian economy. Along with medical requirements and other eligibility factors similar to Express Entry system, the applicants are required to furnish additional details for their economic stability for establishing a startup or external funding details and their adaptability. Immigrant Investor Venture Capital Visa Program

This was a pilot program initiated for individuals who required to make a risk-investment of two million Canadian dollars into Immigrant Investor Capital Fund in Canada. This program has been suspended since Dec 2015 and its future course has not been decided yet by Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
