Visitor & Tourist Visa

Visitor / Tourist Visa

Millions of visitors land in Canada each year for a temporary purpose such as visiting family and friends, work or study. Temporary Resident Visa(TRV)  is required to visit Canada unless the visitor is a citizen of a “visa exempt” country like the USA, Australia, Spain and many more.

TRVs are of two types; Single entry visa and Multiple entry visa, and both are valid for a certain period and cannot be valid after they expire. Visa holder can enter Canada only once for fix period in case of a single entry visa and will need to reapply for a new visa to re-enter Canada. A multiple entry visa permits a visitor to enter and exit from Canada for six months without reapplying each time. The multiple entry visa can be valid for up to 10 years.
