Business Visa

Business Visa

The Business Immigration or Investor Immigration Program has been designed focusing on foreign individuals who are self-employed or investors or business managers with entrepreneur skills, business acumen, management experience and with robust venture capital.  With an expedited immigration process, as many as 10000-15000 business immigrants enter Canada annually with a goal to generate revenue and employment for Canadians and for the development of a prosperous strong economic environment. This program targets business managers who are willing to acquire a business, make passive investments, start a new business or become a partner in a business in Canada.

The two major classes of Business Immigrants include Start-Up Visa Program, Self-Employed persons and Immigrant Investor Venture Capital Visa Program (suspended temporarily). The Start-up Visa Program is intended for business professionals with substantial experience who wish to set up their own enterprise in Canada supported by Start-Up Visa Designated Organization List.  The Self-Employed Persons Program is intended for individuals who have substantial experience handling management positions with ability to be self-employed and contribute positively to the Canadian economy.
