Applicant must have offers of employment from up to two employers in Canada which are of the minimum one-year time duration or a Certificate of Qualification from a provincial or territorial body.
Present proof of language proficiency from a certain designated language organization, which assess that the candidate meets the given threshold of Canadian Level Benchmark (CLB) 5 for speaking and listening and CLB 4 for reading and writing;
Having two years of work experience in the skilled trade in the last five years.
