The Canadian Federal Skilled Worker Program is designed for skilled workers who wish to immigrate to Canada. Applicants are evaluated on a point system called the 67 point calculation.   1. Language Skills - Maximum 28 points Applicants are evaluated on their ability to speak, read, write, and listen in English or French. Points are awarded based on language proficiency in each category.
