SPONSOR PROOFS:

 PR Card  of sponsor  (both sides) or CoPR/electronic CoPR(eCoPR)-if Permanent Resident

 Canadian passport or Canadian Citizenship certificate or card (both sides) of sponsor 

 Passport (Front, Visa sticker, stamps & Back page)  of sponsor. 

 Current Employment letter with last three pay stubs of sponsor .

 Financial Documents including Bank statements, or Bank certificate of sponsor .

 Notice of Assessments & T4s of sponsor  .

 

 Please write a short story from first meet to purpose and till today (include when and where you first met and how was your first meeting and who introduced you, how much time you lived together and where you lived and have you visited each other, when you are not together, how you contact each other)  

PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP:  

Note*: you must provide evidence that the relationship between you and your sponsor is genuine.  

 Photos of your wedding, celebrations, engagement, outings etc. Provide 20-25 photos to support your relationships (taken at different times and places).

 Proof of Contact (Call history, & chat history etc.)

 Bills (wedding bills, hotel bills, resort bills & any other bills)

 Proof of cohabitation (e.g., any online shopping record)

 Proof of joint ownership of residential property.

 Support Letter from landlord (if they can provide)

 Rental agreement showing both of your occupancy.

 Proof of joint utility accounts (e.g., electricity, gas, telephone, internet, grocery), joint credit card accounts, or joint bank accounts. (Submit a minimum of 1 joint bill).

 Vehicle insurance if on the name of both you and your sponsor

 Copies of government issued documents for you and your sponsor showing the same address (e.g., driver's licenses) (Submit a minimum of 1 government issued document for each person).

 Other documents issued to you or your sponsor showing the same address, whether the accounts are held jointly or not (e.g., cell phone bills, pay stubs, tax forms, bank or credit card statements, insurance policies). (Submit a minimum of 1 document for each person.)

 Proof of social media accounts, other proofs that recognize your relationship with your friends & family members (e.g., letter from friends/family, information showing a public relationship)

 A copy of your child birth certificate (if applicable)
